My name is Sarah Bush and I’m on a mission to get you creating again!
I’ve made my living as an artist and designer for the past 20 years and I’ve helped thousands of people get in touch with their creativity again with specially designed projects and processes that provide a structured support while still allowing each individual’s own creativity to shine.
I know how hard it can be to try to keep your creativity alive while juggling the needs of work and family–time passes so quickly and it’s so easy to turn around and feel like this essential part of yourself has all but disappeared.
But still, the creative part of you pines to come to the surface! It must be heard.
And I can help.
Every class I offer at Jackson Street Studios is about empowering you to make more work on your own, to help you see more clearly your own creative dreams and desires, and to work toward practical solutions to help you integrate real, fulfilling creativity back into your life!
Jackson Street Studios is a light-filled spacious art and design studio in West New York, NJ (4 miles from Manhattan) where you can take classes and workshops that help you reclaim your creativity, make great gifts, and learn fabulous techniques.

The Creative Life
It’s true that I’ve been making my living creatively most of my adult life. I’ve designed gift and home decor collections for wholesale companies in Manhattan, sold my own jewelry and stationery to boutiques and museum shops, designed websites, and worked as a Creative Director for a crafting retail entertainment startup.
But I also know what it’s like to wait on tables to support your art habit, or to turn toward the security of that regular paycheck and benefits that are great on the one hand, but can make you feel like you’ve traded your dreams for endless meetings, non-stop emails and stuffy suits that have no connection to the real you.
But I know, if you’re willing, that we can get you creating, having fun, and feeling like yourself again. I’m so glad you’re here!
